Keilem Ng

My name is Keilem. I am a Hong Kong local and love nature and the outdoors. I first discovered my love for the trails in 2010 when fulfilling a new year’s resolution to explore ten new places in Hong Kong. I haven’t looked back since and trail running has become a backbone in my life through different life stages and challenges. In 2017, I founded Hong Kong Trail Running Women, now a part of Asia Trail Girls. In 2018, I co-founded Exchange and Empower, a charity that aims to empower women from disadvantaged backgrounds through trail sports. Our work currently supports women and children from rural Nepal and foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong. Through Asia Trail Girls, I hope to encourage more women to experience trail running, to build confidence and joy through friendship and connection with nature.
