Kaman Yau

I arrived in HK over 20 years ago from the UK as a road runner and never knew what beautiful trails HK possessed. Once I discovered the country parks, I was hooked and found  calm and tranquility away from this bustling city. I have made great friends within this trail running community and feel it is important to encourage more women to get out and not feel afraid to venture out alone. I am also lucky to be a teacher at an outdoor learning based International school where I can share my love for nature and the trails with both students and colleagues alike.
